EBANX believes that an information is as one of the most important business elements and for this reason we value the confidentiality, the integrity and the availability so they are the main factors for success.

The Information Security Standard for Third Parties determines the obligations of third parties regarding the protection of EBANX such as assets against any

unauthorized access, modification, destruction or dissemination, ensuring that the technological resources are available to them and are used only for the purposes approved by EBANX .

All companies that enter into formal contracts with EBANX must comply with the requirements established in the policy. This compliance is essential for a partnership of trust to achieve the appropriate level of information protection.
